  • Follow-up with potential clients answering questions and proposing value added service such as gift/loyalty card services as well as promoting telephone and internet services offered by Flat Rate Solutions

  • Submit customer orders to Flat Rate Solutions' office via fax or via our web based order entry system

  • Continuous customer service to maintain client satisfaction

Agent Banks

 

Our Agent Banking program enables community banks and credit unions to broaden their client services by offering flat rate credit card processing.  Flat Rate Solutions also enables Agent Banks to increase their revenue stream while providing additional services to their clients.
